A Seán O'Heslins Ladies Football club was formed for the first time in 2003. Teams were fielded at under 14, under 16 and Junior level.

 The club has already won a number of underage and junior titles

Having waited so long to see ladies football in the town, there are high hopes for future years. It should be noted that some Ballinamore ladies were playing club football with neighbouring clubs, Aughawillan, Aughnasheelin and Fenagh for the past few years (See pictures section)
